We rejoice with George Yu in his baptism Sunday.  A big thank you for both George and Lai for hosting so many of us and providing us with good food.

We will not have Prayer Meeting until after Vinepower in September.  At that time, we will resume our Prayer Meetings at church.  Time and date will be announced.  In the meantime, please continue to share your prayer needs with Pastor Daniel.

Branches sponsors a Mens Basketball weekly on Thursdays from 8-10 pm at Garvey Park Gym in Rosemead.  We welcome all men who would like to play basketball. Cost is $5.00 for guests and one-timers.  If you want to commit to 14 weeks, Aug 12- Nov 11, the cost is only $60.

Many people are currently engaged in the 40-day read thru of the entire Bible that began on July 23 and will run up to the beginning of our Vinepower retreat.  We are doing this to prepare ourselves spiritually for what God will say to us during the retreat.  We are flexing our spiritual muscles and [...]
